Pam Drew joined SumTotal Systems in 2004 as the vice president of Global Human Resources and Talent Management. In this vital position, Drew is responsible for overseeing operations for the company’s entire human resources organization. She assumed this role after completing a consulting engagement with Docent and Click2learn, where she provided integration guidance as the two companies merged to form SumTotal.

Previously, Drew served as vice president of Human Resources and Workplace Environment at Cylink Corporation, a publicly traded enterprise security company which was acquired by SafeNet, Inc., in 2003.

Drew also held a position as director of Human Resources for Honeywell-Measurex Corporation, a provider of advanced process control solutions with over 3,000 employees worldwide. She was promoted to this role after serving in a variety of human resources leadership positions for Measurex Corporation before it was acquired by Honeywell in 1997.

Drew holds an undergraduate degree in Business from California State University Hayward and an MBA from Golden Gate University.
