Jack Kramer took on the position of vice president and general manager of International Sales, Marketing and Services for SumTotal Systems in 2005, covering these vital organizations across Africa, Asia/Pacific, Europe, India, Japan, Latin America and the Middle East. Kramer assumed this role after also serving as SumTotal's vice president of Intercontinental Sales and vice president of Global Alliances. His experience selling enterprise business applications spans more than 17 years.

Kramer previously served as vice president of Sales for Pathlore Software Corporation, until the company was acquired by SumTotal in 2005. Prior to joining Pathlore, Kramer worked at both startups and publicly traded companies, earning accolades for his ability to stimulate underperforming teams, revamp processes, and supercharge sales. Earlier in his career, he held roles selling enterprise software applications for Computer Associates, Pansophic and NCR Corporation.

Kramer received an undergraduate degree in Marketing from Pennsylvania State University.
