Patricia Lughezzani came to SumTotal Systems in July 2008 as the company’s vice president of Global Support.  In this role, Lughezzani leverages more than 15 years of international business experience as she works to sustain SumTotal’s continued growth in worldwide visibility and momentum.

Lughezzani’s career has helped her develop extensive expertise in building, revitalizing and optimizing organizations related to product support and development, service pack development, and quality assurance. Most recently, she served as vice president of Worldwide Sustaining Engineering for Business Objects, where she established the Product Support/Sustaining Engineering Organization for the company’s entire product portfolio. Leading a global team of 225 employees, Lughezzani helped increase overall efficiency, reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction.

Prior to working with Business Objects, Lughezzani held a key position at Vantive that quickly translated into a role as vice president of Technical Services for Customer Relationship Management following the merger with PeopleSoft. This role tasked her with managing global product services and customer support organizations, and called on her unique blend of expertise in strategic planning, process and procedures development, customer relationship management, and team leadership.

Lughezzani holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in marketing and a concentration in computer science from Central Michigan University.
